About the Program:
We are seeking 240 ambitious and driven graduate students from TVET colleges in Gauteng to participate in a unique 18-month program that combines:
· Paid Learnerships: Gain valuable hands-on experience through placements with dynamic small businesses in the green industries sector.
· Entrepreneurship Training: Develop your entrepreneurial skills through our comprehensive Cadet Intrapreneurship / Entrepreneurship training program.
· Mentorship & Coaching: Receive personalized guidance from industry experts to support your professional and entrepreneurial growth.
