All Users accessing JobMarket@SASDC must use their corporate email address and comply with all directions relating to the establishment and use of User accounts.

8. Candidate Interaction:
Users agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding vacancies and customer information.
Users agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the recruitment process.
Users must ensure that all interactions with candidates are lawful and respectful.

9. Use of Candidate Database:
Users may only use the Candidate Database for the purpose of finding suitable candidates for specific vacancies.
Users must comply with all usage limits and restrictions imposed by JobMarket@SASDC.

10. Contracting with Us:
Contracts for the Services may be made online via the Platform or through a signed Order Form.

11. Intellectual Property Rights:
All intellectual property rights relating to the Services and the Platform belong to JobMarket@SASDC and its licensors.

12. Data Protection & Privacy Policy:
Users must comply with all applicable data protection laws and regulations, including POPIA.
Users must ensure the confidentiality and security of personal information processed through the Platform.
JobMarket@SASDC may transfer personal information outside of South Africa, subject to appropriate safeguards.

   - Job Seekers: Job seekers are responsible for creating accurate and up-to-date profiles on JobMarket@SASDC. It is prohibited to misrepresent oneself through false information or omissions.
   - Employers: Employers are responsible for accurately representing job openings and adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.

5. CV Database: By creating a profile on JobMarket@SASDC, you consent to being included in the Platform's CV Database. Your profile may be accessed by subscribing employers for recruitment purposes.

6. Email Notifications: Job seekers may receive email notifications regarding job opportunities matching their profiles. Users have the option to unsubscribe from these notifications.

7. Application Process: When applying for a job advertised on JobMarket@SASDC, you authorize the transfer of your profile information to the advertising employer or agency.

8. Accuracy of Information: While we strive to maintain accurate information on JobMarket@SASDC, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or availability of job advertisements. Job seekers are responsible for verifying the accuracy of job postings and employers.

9. Statistical Reporting: By using JobMarket@SASDC, you agree to the use of your information for statistical reporting purposes, including industry trend analysis in anonymized and aggregated formats.
